I know you must be used to people telling you all the time how beautiful your work is. I want you to know how happy we are with our chandelier and how special it is. You see, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 1996, and a few weeks later we were on a vacation weekend in Coeur d'Alene. I have always liked antler chandeliers and for fun my friend and I visited your home and showroom. I was in the initial diagnosis frame of mind when you don't care about buying new things or clothes or even seeing a play. My friend quietly insisted on buying the chandelier to counter my frame of mind. Whenever I look up at that chandelier it is a symbol of hope and confidence that I have beaten my cancer.
