50% deposit is required on placing your order. Final payment, all shipping and crating costs are due prior to shipping. If your design needs change after order, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction, however deposit is non-refundable.
Shipping and Delivery
Photo of finished product will be e-mailed at request prior to shipping. On approval and final payment, shipment will be made by our common carrier and our discounts will be passed on to you. Items are 100% insured through shipping when our carrier is used. The carrier will call you on arrival to arrange delivery. Someone must be available to accept delivery and transfer into the site.
If you choose to arrange your own shipping, crating must still be paid. Liability for damage in transit will rest with you and your carrier.
After notice of completion orders not paid within 90 days will forfeit deposit and piece will be sold. We are unable to store completed pieces 30 days beyond final payment. Storage fees of $50 per piece per month after the first month will be passed on to the customer.
Each piece is handcrafted. Antler Expressions is pleased to work with you or your designer to meet your unique design needs.
On site installation and design of certain (non-electrical) pieces is offered. Per diem and travel expenses are at purchasers expense.
Chain and lights will be included with your order.
Preferred method of payment is personal or cashiers check. Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted. There is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions.
